Offsite
A company trip taking a team away from the office for a few days of work sessions and activities, run on a fixed group itinerary.
What is Offsite?
Corporate offsites are group trips with a corporate buyer: an HR or admin team books an agency or operator to move 30 to 300 employees to a resort, run sessions and activities, and bring everyone back. Rooming by team and seniority, dietary needs at scale and a tight timetable make them operationally dense.
Offsites also come with the company's own duty of care and data expectations, so the roster, medical notes and any location features need the same discipline as a public tour.
On a live trip
Treat the offsite as a departure: roster from HR, rooming list by team, itinerary with session timings and headcounts at every transfer.
