Traveller app
An app that tells each traveller what's next
The traveller app answers the questions your trip captain hears fifty times a day. Open it and the Today view shows the next item, where to be and when, tonight's hotel and room, and who to call.
without Rahi:
Today the trip captain is the human help desk, answering “what time is the bus?” on repeat.

What should a traveller app for group trips show?
A group trip app should answer the traveller's next question without a call to the captain: where to be, at what time, which hotel and room tonight, what to carry and who to contact. Rahi's Today view puts exactly that on one screen, with check-in and a two-step SOS.
- Next itinerary item with pickup point and time.
- Tonight's hotel and the traveller's own room.
- Pinned announcements, packing checklist and captain contact.
Questions about traveller app
Do travellers have to pay for the app?
No. The traveller app is free for travellers. The operator company pays for Rahi. Travellers join from an invite link sent by SMS or WhatsApp and log in with their phone number using a one-time password, so there is no account to create or password to remember.
How do travellers join a trip?
Your ops team adds travellers to a departure manually or by CSV import, then sends invites by SMS or WhatsApp link. A traveller taps the link, verifies their phone number with an OTP and lands directly on their trip. The dashboard shows who has joined and who still hasn't.
Can other travellers see my phone number?
No. Traveller phone numbers are visible only to the operator's staff, never to other travellers on the trip. This is one of the main differences from a WhatsApp group, where every member's number is visible to every other member, including strangers on a group departure.
