From template to a calm trip day in three steps

  1. Step 1: Build once.

    Create a trip template with day-wise itinerary, stays and transport. Spin up a departure by picking dates.

  2. Step 2: Invite the group.

    Add travellers or import a CSV. They get an SMS/WhatsApp link, log in with their phone number, and land on their trip.

  3. Step 3: Run the trip live.

    Captains run headcounts, send announcements and see the live map. Your ops team sees every departure from the dashboard.

How we protect traveller data

  • Location is shared only during the trip, can be paused by the traveller, switches off when the trip ends, and its history is deleted within 7 days.

  • SOS takes two taps and a confirm — no pocket alarms — and alerts the captain, your ops team and the traveller's emergency contact by SMS.

  • Documents are visible only to the traveller and staff you authorise, encrypted at rest, shared via short-lived links.

  • For student trips: guardian consent, and precise location only during itinerary hours.

What is Rahi?

Rahi is group trip operations software for companies that run group trips in India, including tour operators, trek organisers and corporate or college trip agencies. Operators manage itinerary, rooming, headcount, payment status and safety from a web dashboard, and every traveller gets a mobile app showing what's next on their trip.

Who is Rahi for?

Rahi is for businesses that run group departures, not individual travellers. That includes trek operators running weekend batches, group tour operators with many concurrent departures, agencies handling corporate offsites, college and school trip organisers, and Indian operators taking groups to Dubai, Thailand, Bali or Vietnam.

Do travellers have to pay for the app?

No. The traveller app is free for travellers. The operator company pays for Rahi. Travellers join from an invite link sent by SMS or WhatsApp and log in with their phone number using a one-time password, so there is no account to create or password to remember.

How does live location tracking work, and is it private?

Location is shared only during the trip window, travellers can pause it at any time, it turns off automatically when the trip ends, and location history is deleted within 7 days of trip end. Only authorised operator staff see the live map; travellers' locations are not a permanent record.

Can Rahi collect payments from travellers?

Not at launch. Rahi tracks payments: for each traveller you record the package price, amount paid and balance due, and travellers see their own status in the app. In-app payment collection is on the roadmap for a later release. Until then, keep collecting through your existing bank, UPI or gateway.

How much does Rahi cost?

Rahi pricing depends on how many departures and travellers you run, and the traveller app is always free for travellers. We are not publishing prices before launch; early operators get terms agreed directly with us. Book a demo or email hello@rahi.club to talk about your volumes.
