About
Rahi means traveller
Rahi (rahi.club) is group trip operations software for Indian tour operators, trek organisers and corporate/college trip agencies, with an operator dashboard and a traveller app.
Rahi (राही) is a Hindi and Urdu word for a traveller, someone on the road. It felt like the right name for software whose whole job is getting every traveller on a group trip to the right place, on time, and home safely.
Why we are building Rahi
Group trip companies in India run their departures on four tools that were never meant to work together: a WhatsApp group, an Excel roster, forwarded PDFs and one trip captain's phone. Travel CRMs help you sell the trip. Very little helps you run it once the bus is about to leave.
Rahi sits after the sale. Your ops team builds the itinerary, stays and rooming once from a template; every traveller gets an app showing where to be, when, and which room is theirs; captains run headcounts and see SOS alerts live. It is designed to work alongside the CRM or booking tool you already use.
Who we serve
Businesses that run group departures: trek operators, group tour operators, agencies running corporate offsites, college and school trip organisers, and Indian operators running outbound international tours.
Where we are
Rahi is in final development and onboarding a small group of early operators before public launch. If you run group trips, we would like to hear how you run them today. Book a demo or write to hello@rahi.club.
What we believe
Operators first
The company running the trip is our customer. Travellers use the app free, and we design every screen so it saves your team time on the day.
Safety without surveillance
Location only during the trip, pausable, switched off at the end and deleted within 7 days. A two-step SOS that cannot fire from a pocket.
Privacy as a default
Traveller phone numbers stay with your staff. Documents are private, encrypted and shared through short-lived links. Designed around India's DPDP Act 2023.
Honest about what is built
We only describe what works at launch as available. Everything else is listed as coming after launch.
Your next departure could be the calm one.
